Mr. Marfice has over twenty years of experience in transactional, trial and appellate law in both state and federal courts in Idaho and Washington. Mr. Marfice's practice emphasizes a broad range of real estate related disciplines, with a litigation emphasis. He has an AV-rating with Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Marfice has represented property owners in title disputes, easement and boundary line disagreements, covenant enforcements, eminent domain actions, and contract disputes. He is certified by Idaho Real Estate Commission's Education Council as instructor of Real Estate Law, Risk Reduction, Eminent Domain, and related continuing education courses. He has authored and presented numerous continuing education courses for real estate brokers, agents, land surveyors, attorneys, and allied professionals. Mr. Marfice has represented over fifty individual real estate brokerages located throughout the Inland Northwest in errors and omissions defense cases, administrative and licensure matters, disciplinary actions, brokerage business management matters, fee arbitrations, governmental and regulatory compliance, and franchise negotiations.
